Chilli dhcp problem (No such device or address) does any one heard?

I'm not sure what you mean by version 0.6.. of what?

I doubt it has to do with your configurations. It is possible that  
you have more than one instance of chilli running at the same time?  
Any other information you have as to when this occurs (heavy load,  
network disturbances, etc)?

If you can, try using the latest CoovaChilli version...
