dnsparanoia broken in 1.0.11?

Thanks! :) It only took about 20 minutes or so... goes to show just
how incredibly flexible Jens made the original code.

I have a much larger changeset in the works... stay tuned for that.

It's not ready for prime-time (or even sub-prime-time) yet, but I'm
restructuring the code a bit, cleaned up several areas, made DHCP far
more flexible (so chilli can relay to external DHCP), and I'm
starting to play with having chilli route packets to one of several
WAN interfaces -- instead of always sending to the tun/tap (for
kernel processing/routing).
