Single machine testing platform?

Hi,

	Short of running VMWARE, is there any way to
run a testing platform on a single PC with a single
interface? I basically would like to test my UAM
project (http://theuamcenter.sourceforge.net) without 
having to attach to a real device all the time. I
can test against a production Radius server, so thats
covered.
