also SVN 159: Strange issue (Vista?)

Hi,

tested with svn 159 - same effect.

I cannot reproduce this issue in my lab. I test with XP, Mac OS X,
some PDAs & smartphones, but have no Vista yet. But at the location I
took the debug trace from the issue can be reproduced. It happens
within minutes after a successful login.

I have no clue what could cause chilli to behave this way. Is there a
special debug-option which turns off the "leaky bucket timediff"
messages and which may give more information on why a redirect is
initiated?

Thanks,
lc
