Several chilli process in the same computer

Of course, it depends greatly on the setup... running an instance per- 
vlan is a great way to break up the load and configurations of the  
various networks. But, it could also be nice to have chilli handle  
vlan tags directly and perhaps sending redirects with vlan=#  
parameters. I've always done it the multi-instance way... hence the  
lack of vlan support ;)
