Hello Isidor,
yes i use the CentOS rpm. So I have to build an rpm from the source?  
Any information about it?

What rpm did you use? Was it one built for CentOS 5.4?

The coova-chilli source tree comes with a spec file which can be used
to build rpm packages using rpmbuild.

The HS_POSTAUTH_PROXY and HS_POSTAUTH_PROXYPORT configuration settings
are there to configure a transparent proxy to handle requests after
the user is authenticated. This is handled through chilli, not
iptables, and does not prevent you from still running a web server.

Sorry David,
i didn't answer to all before. As I said the problem is that
1)When I try to install rpm, I fail because of dependencies for libraries of
openssl 0.9.8.
2)I tried to install forcing the dependencies, the installation goes fine,
but when I try to start chilli:it fails because it doesn't find
libssl.so.0.9.8
3)i tried to download the tar.gz file but after the command make I have
these errors:
make[2]: Entering directory `/home/centos/coova-chilli-1.2.2/debian'
make[2]: Nothing to be done for `all'.
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/centos/coova-chilli-1.2.2/debian'
make[2]: Entering directory `/home/centos/coova-chilli-1.2.2'
make[2]: Nothing to be done for `all-am'.
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/centos/coova-chilli-1.2.2'
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/centos/coova-chilli-1.2.2'
