Works fine! My exact production environment.
Ubuntu server 9.10 with chilli, freeradius, mysql-5, apache-2, dnsmasq
I have 3 interfaces though - wireless clients, internet, and
office/management.
Our physical server(s) have many client, and varied, client machines on
them.
Chilli has had up-to 170 concurrent users so far.
