[Chilli] How to set up CoovaChilli ?

I could ping to 192.168.1.1 and Google. After I typed this command.
(And I changed dns1 to 192.168.1.1).

# iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o eth0 -j MASQUERADE

Is that right way ? I have thought CoovaChilli does NAT.
