[Chilli] Out of Connections Error

[Mfawa Alfred Onen]

I am using Coova-Chilli 1.2.2 compiled with --enable-largelimits but
soon the network becomes slow when allocating IP address and the
performance drops. When I check my Log (/var/log/messages), I see
"Out of connections". What do I do?
