[Chilli] run some script in the web redirect

Hi Ming-Ching

Your UAM Server could be hosted on the same machine as CoovaChilli though
it's not required. I'm suggesting active monitoring of your UAM Server
access logs, rather than trying to hook into the redirect process in
CoovaChilli. You'll need to write a daemon to continuously check the UAM
Servers access log and spawn some event if a new request is detected. Keep
in mind, this will only happen after CoovaChilli redirect.
