[Chilli] pptp passthrough over coova chilli

I've had this working in 1.1.3 and 1.2.5.

Ensure the modules are in the kernel and also edit up.sh to include

ipt -I FORWARD -j ACCEPT -i $TUNTAP -p gre
ipt -I FORWARD -j ACCEPT -i $TUNTAP -p tcp --dport 1723
