[Chilli] ARP table location

Hello. I already have the anyip feature working, but it seems to have a
problem updating the coova ARP tables. I can connect with an static ip and
it redirects me, but if I change it to another static ip (being connected to
the network) it fails to redirect, even if I disconnect from the net. The
only way that I can get redirected with the "new" static ip, is if I restart
the server. Restarting the chilli does not make it work.

I know that on a real network this would not happen, but it is important for
me to have this system setup and running perfectly.
It seems that the mac address is tied with the previous ip address, and the
new arp is not processed by coova. I believe that there must be something
going on with the arp table refresh rate.
Where is the coova arp table stored? Can I change the refresh rate?
I have the coova 1.2.5 running on ubuntu server 10.04.
Thank you
