[Chilli] Chilli 1.3.0 and chilli_query

The NEW default behavior of chilli_query is connect to port 45424 and 
not use the UNIX sock. Don't be surprised if you see a "connect: 
Connection refused" error when running "chilli_query list". If you're 
using sock, use "chilli_query -s /var/run/chilli.sock list".
