[Chilli] Bug "foreground mode"

Hi,

I have just tried the Subversion code of Coova-Chilli (ie : coova-chilli
1.3.1-svn).
Indeed the compile issue works fine with this version.
However the "*segmentation fault*" problem with the foreground mode ( option
* -f *) is still present.

Cheers,
