[Chilli] coova-chilli 1.3.0 problem with WISPr-Redirection-URL

Hi All,
I am still stuck with this problem......and really don't know why am not
able to make this simple wireless hotspot configuration, work. I believe
many of you have already done this successfully. Please help me out. I
have tried all sorts of configurations and it has not worked so far for me.
