[Chilli] RadSec and MAC auth

Hello!

I'm having troubles using CoovaChilli with RadSec and MAC auth both enabled.

As soon as a client accesses the network, the radius server gets bombarded with access requests from Chilli, which is apparently neither tracking the state of these requests, nor waiting for a reply before sending the next one. If the radius server replies with access accept, I also see several accounting starts (with the same accounting id) in the logs.

In addition, I can see "bad idx" errors in the Chilli log, which supports my assumption that Chilli is kind of "confused" about how to associate the Radius packets.

As soon as I turn off RadSec, the problem is gone. Then, I only see one MAC auth request, and in case of an accept reply, only one start accounting in the log.

Can someone take a look at this?
