[Chilli] How to reset session-walled-garden ?

I noticed, that the session-walled-garden still exists after wireless client logged out from coova. I even tried in condown.sh:chilli_query dhcp-release $CALLING_STATION_ID
which is executed according to logread. However, the same client reassociates again immediately, receiving same IP, and getting the still existing session-garden.
How is it possible to reset the session-garden after logout (using chilli 1.2.9) ?
