[Chilli] Switching logging mechanism in coova - need testers/feedback

Ok, so src/syserr.h & .c are now gone along with the functions defined
in them, everything has been switched to use syslog(3).
Tested that it builds on OS X, FreeBSD 10.1 & Debian 7.7, now need
further feedback to test it actually running before I put the pull
request in. Any of you guys fancy testing?
