Chilli dhcp problem (No such device or address) does any one heard?

Hi all,
Realy need help.
My coova gives following error message for dhcp. I search so many hours 
in google and could not found sth about it.
Only think I found is a non solved, problem submition in a dd-wrt forum

My Chilli in debug mode gives:

dhcp.c: 633: 6 (No such device or address) sendto(fd=5, len=335) failed
dhcp.c: 633: 6 (No such device or address) sendto(fd=7, len=42) failed
dhcp.c: 633: 6 (No such device or address) sendto(fd=7, len=42) failed
dhcp.c: 633: 6 (No such device or address) sendto(fd=7, len=42) failed

It seems it has the dhcp request, assign an ip to mac but while 
delivering result sth happens..
Does any one heard about this problem?
