Group based WISPr-Bandwidth-Max-Down

Hi,

	Is there any sort of concept/implementation for the ability
to have basically a group based WISPr-Bandwidth-Max-* ? 

	Lets say I have a hotspot based out of someones house. I'd
like to give the homeowner an id with a Radius 	Simultaneous-Use
of 4, and a WISPr-Bandwidth-Max-Down of 256K. All 4 ids can be 
logged on at the same time, but the COMBINED bandwidth of them all
is 256K. Then when a hotspot user comes along, they'll be a 
Simultaneous-Use of 1, but WISPr-Bandwidth-Max-Down of 256K and get
all 256K for themselves (Theoretical max from the unit at that point
is 512K, not 1.2M)

	Just wondering. :)
