Accounting badly broken in v1.0.11

Setting up a new system... I've dropped my old (c-c 1.0.7) but qualified 
coova-chilli for the 1.0.11 with a fresh recompiling and I confirm 
seeing strage behaviour at start... No time to dig it (i'm in a hurry to 
delivery but a simple radiusd -X and chilli --fg --debug in 2 tty could 
be a quick start).

By the way...

1) Many thanks for this amazing software, who saved me (my old system 
used nocat) ! Coova-Chilli is really hot !

2) Which release (more recent than 1.0.7) you may suggest (for the real 
world) ?
