centralized coova

Hi All,

I am looking for information on how running Coova in
centralized fashion, with the following constraints:
- Several hotspots (hundreds). Each hotspot has its
DHCP server and its router,
- DHCP relay is not an option, because we make
localization of the user, based on its IP address (IP
-> subnet -> hotspot),
- No NAT,
- Coova acting as the central gateway (with possible
redundancy/load balancing),
- External web portal for user authentication,
- External transparent web proxy for unauthenticated
users.
