AnyIP routes only work in debug mode

You beat me to it... I wrote a patch for 1.0.11 but it didn't apply 
cleanly to svn, was going to rewrite it for svn but ran out of time. I 
posted about the exact nature of the problem some time ago for those 
interested though I don't remember the subject of the thread (Henk you 
should have a look at that).
