radius_ind() failed! ... Why?

Hi,

	We are seeing the following on one of the units, pretty
regularly :

radius.c: ???: No such id in radius queue: 164!
radius.c: ????: Matching request was not found in queue: 164!
chilli.c: ????: radius_ind() failed!

	What is radius_ind(), and what would/could make it fail?

	The unit was rebooted, but it still had issues.
