Let me get this straight - everything works 100% but you see some 
strange messages appearing in your syslog at regular intervals, is that 
right? You see, the log that you attached initially says something 
completely different from the logs that you put into your message body. 
The former suggest that your chilli process is being (re)started every 
10 minutes, the latter suggest a permissions problem but seeing that all 
your processes run as root (do they really?) I'm not sure what they mean 
(perhaps trying to create a tun device that already exists?).

Best is you attach one single complete log file that shows all the 
entries that you're worried about and we'll take it from there.

Also, did you take the "ps wax |grep [c]hilli" and "ifconfig -a |grep 
tun" snapshots when things were running 100% or when you encountered 
problems?
