I'm not sure which patch you're referring to but I recently committed 
two patches to svn, one for ignoring arp requests for ip's inside 
chilli's own net and the other for ignoring IPv4LL/APIPA clients. If you 
go back through my recent posts to this mailing list you'll see which 
was done in which revision.
