SVN Revision 171 issue

When I run normally,  everything stops working. I cannot get the
chilli to redirect the clients to uampage. Also clients with mac auth
stop working.

If I switch to debug mode (I modified functions to add "debug"
to main.conf), things start working. Again, it works fine in
foreground cum debug mode.

I did not check on upstream router for incoming/outgoing traffic.
I will check some time tomorrow
