It is other way around. Coova packets from eth1 will be sent out on
eth0 with IP address set to 203.x.x.x. Again, assuming you have setup
a default gateway, which you would have done already.

It depends on your firewall configuration. If you can share with us
your firewall configuration, we can try to help you out.
