As long as you have the emails in an mbox format mailbox you can import 
them into mailman. Mailman uses an mbox file to keep its main archive in 
/var/lib/mailman/private/<listname>.mbox. If you replace that with an 
mbox file with the archive you can then run mailman's arch command 
(/usr/lib/mailman/bin/arch usually) to regenerate the webpages with the 
list archive.
