What is the log entry?

Be sure to always do a 'make install' when building CoovaChilli. The
reason is that chilli uses an external program now (since 1.0.14
actually) called chilli_opt. The path of the program is determined at
compile time (--prefix=) and if you build a new version with an old
version already installed and don't do the make install, then you'll
have major issues as chilli will not be able to parse/read it's
configuration properly.
