How do I use Chilli to implement an internet kiosk?

I'm trying to set up an internet kiosk. Chilli looks like a good bet
(I have experience using it to control WiFi access), but I can't
figure out how to run it on a box with a single nic.

I guess I have to hoist a secondary interface, put chilli between the
real interface and the secondary interface, and then route everything
through the secondary interface.

All good in theory, but I can't make it work.

Any pointers?
