After initial success with the latest changes to add Content-Length and 
Content-Type headers to the initial redirect I am now seeing very 
strange behaviour: after a recompile of chilli (als with a recompile on 
on another machine as test) a set of HTTP headers are no missing: the 
reply starts with the Content-Type header, all previous lines (HTTP 
status code, location header, content-length header) are skipped.

Another issue I noticed is that the Content-Type: text/html header is 
required for all WISPr containing responses, which means it needs to be 
added to the auth status poll response as well.
