[Chilli] build from SVN and from tarbal

Hi all,

I _try_ :
   $ bash bootstrap
   configure.in:203: required file `coova-chilli.spec.in' not found

   checking for getline... yes
   checking for res_init in -lresolv... no
   configure: creating ./config.status
   config.status: error: cannot find input file: `Makefile.in'
   make: *** No rule to make target `clean'.  Stop.
   rm: cannot remove `libtool': No such file or directory


Building from 1.0.14 tarball is OK.
How could I help?
What invocation did I miss?
