That what we have done and only things I've found in syslog was lots of
release from this mac address and no successful uam, how long does it take
for a IP address from release go back to the pool to be attributed again.
I don't know if it is spoof hack or just a client how have trouble to access
the coova page, but it look's wired.

It is smthing to be done in layer 2. So you need to have a swtich on your
network that can prevent mac-id changes.
But as i read now.. you say you got messages of ip conflict.
It seems like some of your clients has static ips.. or even after your
coova releases the ip that client keeps on having the old ip address.
When such thing happens ask your user to tell you the mac-id of the
conflicting computer.(which can be found on systemlog of windows) and
examine the computer with that mac-id
