[Chilli] Hotspot Login on Mobile Phones

We'll need more details about the problems being had. I just, btw,
logged into my CoovaOM network using my Nokia N95 and I regularly test
it with an iPod touch. The captive portal is using the Drupal hotspot
module and redirects (not javascript) -- do you might refer to that for
a PHP example of a portal.
