[Chilli] Coova Chilli Version 1.0.14

Hello

I have just downloaded Coova Chilli version 1.0.14. I am using Ubuntu
Server version 9.10


I have done the following

./configure
make
make install

But when i start chilli

/etc/init.d/chilli/chilli start


i get the following error message options.c :164 could not generate
configuration, sleeping one second.

Please could someone help me on this
