[Chilli] Revision: 243 Compile Error

I added the missing files, sorry. 

For building chilli with the proxy support, you don't have to use
--use-curl (if you do, make sure you have libcurl built in your
buildroot). Also know that the Drupal hotspot modules hasn't been fitted
with the HTTP AAA API yet...
