[Chilli] freeradius with peap .. I do not?!

In the spring of 2009, I set up coova-chilli and freeradius for
authorization through peap. Then it worked.  Now with coova 1.1.15,
the radius is constantly sending access-reject.

coova-chilli run with option:

wireless card ar5414 with hostapd options:

radius eap.conf :
 eap {
  default_eap_type = peap
  ...
      peap {

            default_eap_type = mschapv2
            copy_request_to_tunnel = yes
            use_tunneled_reply = yes

           }
}
