[Chilli] MiniPortal - Error on submit

Actually, the bug in that script is with the  [ "$HTTPS" == "on" ]  
which should be  [ "$HTTPS" = "on" ] instead. The change you made also  
means the URL is not checked against the uam secret and therefore the  
URL may have been altered by the user.
