Yes, chilli sends a 'res' parameters string which will be 'notyet' when
unauthorized, 'already' if already authorized, and 'success' if just
authorized. However, if the authorized user closes their browser and
re-opens, chances are they will NOT go to the captive portal (they will
not be redirected, since they are logged in).
