[Chilli] 1.2.5 build problem on ubuntu 9

Hi,

just to let you know that i have problems building the debian package of 1.2.5.

Building with

root at izc:~# debuild -b -us -uc

generates an "invalid" deb:

-rw-r--r--  1 root          root           31340 2010-11-04 17:22
coova-chilli_1.2.5_amd64.deb

just 31k, while normally it takes nearly 600k.

if i try to install it, it doesn't install correctly, only performs
some "configuration" tasks.

current configuration:

root at izc:~# cat /etc/issue
Ubuntu 9.10 \n \l

root at izc:~# uname -a
Linux izc 2.6.31-14-server #48-Ubuntu SMP Fri Oct 16 15:07:34 UTC 2009
x86_64 GNU/Linux
