[Chilli] pre-release for 1.2.5

Downloaded and packaged with "debuild -b -uc -us".

Just to let you know that the package has been named
"coova-chilli_1.2.3-rc1_amd64.deb", 1.2.3 instead of 1.2.5, i think
it's a typo.

The chilli version is correct, "chilli --version" says "coova-chilli 1.2.5-svn".
