[Chilli] chilli 1.2.6 layer3 anyone success ?

Anyone successfully used or tried out the chilli version 1.2.6 with layer3 option turned on ?

I tried it on a routed network, it does not seem to work. Maybe my understanding of the configuration is wrong. Here is the topology :-
