The up coming release has been tested extensively with valgrind. Several
bugs that could cause the problem have been fixed. The issue you are seeing
is likely the bug also recently pointed out in the mailing list concerning
mtu and a icmp frag packet .... which we have fixed. Some more work needs
doing, but the 1.2.9 release is soon!
