[Chilli] Opening wireless devices in monitor mode

You have a WiFi network that is trunking VLAN(802.1q) in 802.11 ? I've
only seen that in point-to-point configurations. If you had such a trunk
over WiFi, it would be transparent to the 802.11 framing, and could work
with chilli's 802.1q support, just like wired interfaces. Having chilli
handle a wlan device in monitor mode would require it to become a
wireless driver itself... there would be no point to that.
