[Chilli] UAMLogoutIP becomes Original URL

When using the logout ip address (http://1.0.0.0 in this case) it
becomes the original URL. A user trying to then log back in, will
login, and then when the redirect to originalURL occurs, gets logged
out again. Obviously this requires the login uam system to do
automatic redirects, but it would be great if this logout ip address
didn't automatically become the originalURL (as it's not really a url
the user is trying to get to, rather a url to logout).
Any ideas if this can easily be implemented in chilli, or will I have
to force it to not redirect in the uam?
