That is your RADIUS server doing the work. And yes, it does work. It'll 
just return a Session-Timeout that will ensure the user is "kicked off" 
at the end of the valid login period. It needs to be a radcheck not a 
radreply (as it "checks" if we are allowed to login at that time).
