[Chilli] WPAD support

Hi.

I currently do http filtering using dansguardian+squid and iptables for transparent redirection. 
This solution won't work for https, so I'd like to auto-configure the users' browser to use the proxy using WPAD.

The DNS solution should be easily achievable, but what about the DHCP one? Coova doesn't support sending such reply I suppose, so if I really want to implement that solution I should setup a local dhcp server and have coova forward dhcp request to it, right?
