[Chilli] ICMP Fails With Time To Live exceeded CoovaChilli 1.3.0

Hi, Can someone please assist me here. CoovaChilli in L3 Mode, such as
following model.

[*LinuxBox-CoovaChilli*]*<------>*[Router-01]*<----->*[Router-02]*
<-------->[Client-Box*]

HS_LAYER3=on

HS_ANYIP=on

HS_UMANAYIP=on

statip 10.10.10.0/24

net 10.10.10.0/24

dhcpif eth1

tundev tun0

There is proper communication between Client-Box & Linux-Box. But as soon
as i start the chilli daemon, Linux-Box cannot even ping directly connected
cisco router (Route-01). ICMP fails with "*Time To Live exceeded". If i
stop chilli daemon communication is restored back. Any kind information
would be very much appreciable. *
