like to not have to write all ip for a website. Is it possible to allow one
site and all call to another ip from this website without configure all
this sub website in uamallow parameter ?

This is not possible only with CoovaChilli, because it would have to scrub
all links of a website, at startup.

(It could also open a hole, if an allowed page contains a link to an
unexpected page.)

What you should do is enable domains one by one.

What you could also try is using wget/curl in a script to scrub all links
in a website and get the IP addresses. Then, you configure 'uamallow' with
those IPs. (You can also use domain names, if you want, but take care if
the domain can resolve to more than one IP address!)
